Do you agree that hip hop and rnb sucks nowadays? I Love hip hop, rap and RnB don't get me wrong but 2008/2009/2010 i m starting to see that it's really starting to suck. 2007 was the last year Ive actually heard a hip hip song that was good. after that nothing. I mean i switch on MTV and i see a bunch of guys dancing around in skinny jeans (I'm referring to new boys and IYAZ) It's just sad.. Even Eminem, and I'm a die hard Eminem fan and i love all this stuff but lately he's starting to become just like the others.. and the music is just not the same anymore, does anybody else agree on this or am i the only one who's seeing this change?

need help finding name of song? i need help finding the name of a song. its gonna be a bit difficult because i cannot for the life of me remember the lyrics of the song. ive heard it played several times in a club i frequent and the tune has been stuck in my head. all that i can remember of the song is that it is (probably) a newer song from 2008 or 2009, its either pop/rnb (which is the type of music the club i frequent plays), and the artist is female. the entire song is sung at a really high pitch (and becomes increaisngly higher during the chorus). the song has a very 'dance' feel to it kind of like a cascada song (but its not as far as i know). not sure how mainstream the song/artist is because i havent heard it played anywhere else but i doubt its an obscure song, i'm pretty sure the song is played quite frequently on radio/in clubs etc, it sounds like a decently radio-friendly song to me the beginning of the chorus especially is stuck in my head im not sure how i can describe it because i can only remember the tune i guess it goes something like da1 da1 da1 da2 da3 daaaaaaaaaaaaa4 da3 da2 the numbers representing the pitch level ahahahaha well yeah im pretty desperate to find out the name of the song so any help would be greatly appreciated thanks edit: its definitely not a foreign artist. i'm pretty sure the artist is american haha. its also kind of a fast paced song, very dance-y feel to it. haha but thanks anyway haha sorry forgot to clarify. the whole dadada thing for the chorus is just the tune as i remember it, there are supposed to be lyrics there but i cannot remember them owing to the fact that i've only heard the song in a club where 1. it is incredibly noisy 2. ive always been high when the song comes on which impairs my short term memory hahaha. i guess the song kind of has a dance/techno feel to it (its not a techno song btw), kind of lady gaga-ish. appreciate the help anyway :)
