I think it is a Frank Sinatra song?

I know this great love instrumental love song, and I think I remember how it goes; but I'm not entirely sure. I heard it many times over the summer, but I can never find it. I think it's by Frank Sinatra. It's played in a lot of history shows and movies. I think it was one of the first songs he created, where all the teenage girls fell in love with him. Please help me. Okay, since he did sang songs...then no, I don't know the lyrics. I guess I only know how the song goes, nothing else. *sigh* I'll never find the song, will I?
